Pros
Pros: upward mobility as long as you are willing to move. Exec leadership implementing sound strategies, middle management (Director and up) does not seem to understand the tools necessary to make these goals a reality.
Cons
Horribly mismanaged, incredibly micromanaged--but with an inconsistent vision among middle management. Result: Often too many 'cooks in the kitchen', if you will.
