Pros
The co workers are probably the only good part. At least you will have them to complain about how much you dislike how everything is conducted.
Cons
Everything else. We were given approximately a 1% raise for our yearly raises. Departments with less responsibility and paid less were given larger raises. They say there's always opportunities, but that's not necessarily true. They tell you you're doing well and are next in line for a position with more responsibility over and over again without anything ever being done about it. It's basically like a verbal tip in comparison to waiting tables.
