Fellow Supervisors are good people, make work environment fun. The idea that your job is helping people. Nice office environement and equipment.
Cons
Unclear guidelines for processing tasks. Only basic scenarios are addressed, leaving you to guess on a large amount of work. Quality Control is inconsistent when reviewing cases. Too much gossip by floor staff.
