Pros
Keep up the good work. If you ever have time to make your rounds, you should visit, especially the East Coast centers, and evaluate company sites and have a 360 degree evaluation from all comers - managers, leads, employees, and maintenance personnel to grab the really value hidden these walls to determine why the morale and lousy work environment this really is.
Cons
In the interview, they advertised two, 15 minute breaks but in reality, you only get one, 15 minute break on Wed, Thurs and Fri. Breaks are eliminated completely on Mon and Tues when the calls are back-to-back. This company does not pay for overtime and rather rather send you home than have to pay you time and half. Now you are lucky if you get 32 hours a work week. (Cheap). This company sees employees come and go as frequently as a revolving door - they even advertise it on your Outlook when someone leaves. Early this year, they let 16 people go in one day and this is not an exaggeration.
