Great Place for Fresh Grads, Not a Very good place for Experienced - Senior Consultant Maximus Employee Review

Managers are very poor on thier managerial skills and have very little functional knowledge of the projects handled. Always try to dump things , maintain too much of favoretism. Very poor Manpower utilisation, Very Little chance of growth if you are on technical side. Absolutely No flexibility . Not for people with family and kids. The managers make you work 24 X7 365 days ,but they never respond to you calls or emergencies during weekends which was quite funny. They Just act like Dicatators as management listens to them not you.
