Management, for the most part, are liars, most employees are being worked to death if an employee speaks negatively in any way about hours, and unattainable expectations they are walked out of the door, there is no clear vision and transparency is only expected from the employees, not management, impossible to get any project started much getting completing something that was due months ago. Quit portraying yourself as a being one of the good guys while treating your employees so poorly.
