Absolutely NO pros to working at MaxisIT.
Cons
A very misogynistic and discriminatory work environment for female employees and more so for females who are not Indian. Despite being hired for extensive experience and having a supportive female manager, I faced significant disrespect from male colleagues, including micromanagement and sabotage of work. Although I maintained communication with my manager and completed critical tasks, I was ultimately fired due to the negative influence of a male director, despite positive feedback from my manager. MaxisIT has a very toxic culture where education and experience of females are severely undervalued.
Health insurance coverage and premium is a joke. You can purchase a better plan for much less through Obamacare.
