Pros
Being a smaller privately owned company, Maxitrol has a great working environment. There isn't a ton of pressure to be a "pushy salesman" and meet sales quotas.
Cons
Although the Regional Sales Representative position is a salaried position, it doesn't pay very well compared to like companies in the HVAC industry. Extremely little opportunity for Career Growth. There also is quite a bit of Travel ~50-60%
