Pros

I had an amazing experience working for this company for more than a year as a Technical Recruiter. The coworkers are amazing and very friendly. The most team oriented and family like atmosphere I have ever worked for. Daily team huddles to discuss tasks at hand and accomplishments. If you want to gain experience in high volume full-cycle recruiting it is a good opportunity . You are exposed to so many different aspects of recruiting. Access to many cutting edge recruiting and sourcing tools and trainings. Decent number of clients to keep you busy and productive. Company offers work - life balance. Perks: Monday morning breakfast Wednesday catered lunches Thursday evening yoga Outdoor team events and outings Principal of the company is an amazing individual and knows how to treat people with respect. He will always go extra mile to help and support the team. My recruiting manager was caring, fair and always ready to listen to the concerns. There is an abundance of opportunity here for those who seek it.

Cons

I cannot think of anything

Pros

Maxonic initially recruited me for a role with a software company, and after considering the position, I agreed to have them represent me. Both my recruiter, Sandeep, and my account rep, Lissa, were amazing throughout the entire process, offering feedback when possible, and being incredibly open and transparent all along. If you are looking for a new job, especially in the software / SaaS / tech space, I highly recommend working through Maxonic.

Cons

I really have no complaints.

Pros

Got me a contract job I love with a salary I appreciate.

Cons

Terrible communications, Lack of communications. Employees are on their own and must advocate for themselves. If there is a company culture, it's not apparent to the employees contracted to clients.
