• CEO is founder and part of every day operations • Best Product (HCI vendor) on the market • Great work environment • Start up atmosphere (some may call this a con) • Incredibly advanced software (ahead of its time/ which again could be a con) • Benefits are grade A. • Elite sales team of high professional level • Software Engineers add immense value to Co. •.Company is still in developmental stage of maturing (Sitting gold mine) • When company is discovered of its innovative approach into storage and virtualization; sales will explode/ creating immense value and revenue)
Cons
• Waiting game/ start up (still maturing) • Highly innovative advanced software that IT Architects/Engineers/CIO's- still waiting to discover or adopt platform • Has NO Marketing Team (Company feels like the product is so innovative and advanced the software will sell itself) this is a huge down fall • All company employees are expected to do a big share of marketing themselves which becomes very time consuming • Sale Teams must seek out leads within any means necessary (lack of marketing means) • Lack of organization in Sales and Marketing Dept. • Very hard sale (Beginning with Inside Account Reps to Outside Senior Executives) •Company expects inside account executives to perform at a very high level of performance but not backed by salary or bonus structure; odds are unfavorable • A non matured bonus structure and very restrictive for Inside Account Executives
