Great job if you enjoy working as a real engineer. There aren't many boring task here. No matter what position you hold from junior to senior, you will be exposed to all different stages of projects from specs, development and production.

As any good engineering challenge, it can comes with some stress; especially, when customer can't make up their minds. They don't do hybrid, but they are open to negotiate if you need flexibility. Health care insurance isn't the best.
