Duck and cover environment, no acceptance of responsibility by management. Zero growth opportunities and very scared of change, develops software yet wants to operate like a resource sector company. Middle management was purged and the staff suffer for it.

Good opportunities to learn about mining. Like to work project managers very understanding and helpful
