Honestly, pros bahut limited hain. Thoda initial exposure mil jata hai projects ka, but overall experience itna messy hai ki wo bhi matter nahi karta.

Ye ek typical “lala company” hai jahan basic professionalism hi missing hai. Salary time par milna toh door ki baat hai, kabhi kabhi milti hi nahi hai, even after leaving. Management ko employees ki koi value nahi hai — na unke time ki, na unki mehnat ki. Proper process, structure ya communication kuch bhi clear nahi hota. Har cheez random aur disorganised lagti hai. Work environment stressful hai aur trust bilkul build nahi hota.
