Pros
The company does have opportunities to move up and most everyone makes the company feel like family. They do reward excellence which a lot of companies do not. Back office team is helpful.
Cons
Upper management in the district makes the environment unfriendly by making promises he cannot keep and causing stress to reps and managers by lying and harrassing them. Company takes to long to act on problems like this and it costs them many loyal, talented reps, managers, etc.
