Nice product - bad treatment of employees - Anonymous employee Maya Romanoff Employee Review

Too many to list. Maya Romanoff is family business which means they pay more their friends and family members. The others - very knowledgeable and hardworking people are paid less. After years of working for MR my severance pay was equal to one day payment!!! Company is disorganized with no clear plan for the future growth. They denied work injury to the coworker who was very allergic to the chemicals used in production. No opportunity for promotion. Low pay. The owner of the company does not know if you do something good for the company and even if knows - does not respect it.
