Cons
The company is divided in two main groups:
~ International Projects Team (higher salaries, less workload, better organization [agile methodologies] and workload distribution, less stress and English communication)
~ Local Projects Team ( unbalanced workload due to lack of organization, high-pressure deadlines, horrible work-life balance, lower salaries, less benefits)
So, you're unlucky if you end up in the latter.
- Lower salaries compared to similar companies.
- 9 Hours of work per day.
- If you work in the second group you likely be working more hours per day. It is even possible that you have to work on several projects at time (which is insane). Most of my teammates have left the company because of burnout.
- There's a lot of rotation, you can guess why ...
- When someone leaves the Company they take too much time to hire new people, and in worst cases they don't hire anyone. So this translates into higher workload to remaining employees.
