More responsibilities are continuously added to the SIT team without proper planning, support, or documentation. Leadership quality is inconsistent, and some highly compensated senior employees lack the expected technical capability and management skills, yet operational work is delegated to subordinates while credit is taken at higher levels. Workload distribution is unfair, and the overall environment toxic and demotivating.
