Pros
Very supportive higher management. Many tasks were team based - enhance teamwork and communication skills. Was given the opportunity to get involved in actual assignments such report writing, reviews, campaign design etc (no photocopying jobs). Friendly staff.
Cons
Lack of professional etiquette. Corporate dresscode not enforced.
