We are not aware of any unprofessional conduct but we do have a robust whistleblowing policy in place to enable any employee to speak up confidentially should they feel the need to do so.
In terms of communication, we have a number of channels in place now, Our quarterly Team Brief keeps everyone updated on progress against our strategy and vision and our intranet keeps people informed and connected on day-to-day news and activity.
