Pros

Great Brand that has potential if given the proper chance to grow in the US

Cons

Poorly Managed with complete lack of Communication. No teamwork everyone out for themselves. Zero training when hired, no onboarding process. Benefits are awful and zero HR support. Total party environment - super unprofessional environment to work in - small office so if you don't fit in and except the attitudes and lack of structure you will not fit in. Absolutely zero support when faced with a concern or adverse situation - left to fend for yourself.

Thanks for your feedback. We are not aware of any unprofessional conduct but we do have a robust whistleblowing policy in place to enable any employee to speak up confidentially should they feel the need to do so. In terms of communication, we have a number of channels in place now, Our quarterly Team Brief keeps everyone updated on progress against our strategy and vision and our intranet keeps people informed and connected on day-to-day news and activity.

Rapidly growing FMCG brand in an environment where employees are rewarded to be bold in their decision making. Strong senior leadership team that lives Mayborn's values in what they say and what they do. Flexible working arrangements and incredible work-life balance. Ability to adjust priorities when workload and timelines require.

Cons

Regional office roles require influence of global counterparts, this strength would be beneficial for newcomers.
