      -free lunch -benefits -free parking

      Cons

      -HR isn’t very great at protecting the workers -hire bad managers -mangers steal tips -managers favor other employees -favoritism -they don’t care about the employees like they say they do -HR will always put managers over employees yet the managers will later come out as bad managers and it’s like nothing ever happened.

      Pros

      You make good money and get free healthcare and benefits when full time!

      Cons

      Management is constantly changing and no one seems to understand the hospitality industry. As a server you deal with lots of guests that treat you like servants but the pay makes it worth it.
