      Pros

      Great people to work with. I like that everyone does something to get operations going including the owners. You are actually recognized for the things you do(and don't do). No matter the task there is always someone willing to help whenever you are falling short. Very family oriented.

      Cons

      I really don't have anything bad to say except I would like to be paid more or receive a raise every 6 months instead of a year
