Definitely a different view on how things are run. You meet a lot of different people every day and it's never the same old thing. It's an amazing way to stay in shape. Co workers are always pretty nice. People that work in the office were mostly helpful. There was no interview just an application and background check.

Warehouse needs to be run better (I.E- organization). People need to be trained better and run by a single standard instead of everyone doing their own thing. A lot of sexual innuendos/comments were made daily (as a female, it did become a bit of an issue before I quit). If any kind of problem with the move arose, it was a difficult process to solve. Hours are all over the place because the office estimators were rarely close to the actual work that needed to be done (I.E- 15k at 8hr estimated at 10k at 6hr with 3 guys). You should never have to send out another group to a job just because the estimator was way off. Put movers in their jobs and you'll have a much more accurate estimate.
