There were some excellent people, and fun work atmosphere

The hours were quite long

Great working environment, lots of perks in the office that's keeps you on/off work and helps you refocus yourself.

Compensation and benefits are low compared to the workload that they are giving you. Management doesn't really listen to employees and they don't value their opinions and feedbacks. It's hard to get your concerns escalated to top management and the HR doesn't really care and won't help you.
