Pros

A lot of free time to surf the web. Flex hours. You see what kind of company you don't want to work for. You also realize all the bad reviews are the truth.

Cons

Major favoritism, if you don't "fit in" with the cliques you won't last long. Majority of the company consists of "VP's" who do not know how anything is done. No proper training occurs, you figure it out as you go. No HR department and no one that knows how to answer any HR related questions. The turn over rate is through the roof, people do not stay here long because of the dysfunction.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are continually working to improve our employee training by having monthly training sessions available to all employees and strengthening our on-boarding with more training guidelines. Our Human Resources team, while not located in the NY office, is available to all employees for any questions or concerns.

Pros

Awesome and under-appreciated production staff.

Cons

For lack of vision and competent strategists, the company flounders. The culture is elitist, and management endorses this. Short-sightedness appears to make them look desperate. In their desperation, they've laid off entire departments and shifts, looking to cut every penny they can - but not the right pennies. They are starving, but rather than invest in their garden, they are just going to eat it all up and throw away any seed that is left.
