I want to acknowledge the seriousness of the issues you've raised regarding staff turnover, management culture, morale, training, and empathy within the organisation. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that your experience has not been a positive one. We recognise that high turnover and low morale can be symptomatic of deeper organisational challenges, and your feedback helps us reflect on areas where we must improve. While it’s difficult to hear, it’s important that we listen. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant teams as part of our ongoing efforts to improve. As you can imagine we are unable to comment on specific individual issues due to confidentiality but we can assure you that no staff were “let go” due to refusal on bereavement leave, and we are not being “sued” by a former employee for wrongful dismissal.
