Zero sales experience in the entire top management Management has a disdain for sales people because they make a lot of money, but if you dig just a little they will openly say that they could never work weekends. Nepotistic management that favors those type of qualities over talent. They are old school and like to rule with fear. They open communities 12-18 months in advance so the commission cycle is extended, you are always on the draw and your money is under their control. They will fire you and keep all the commissions because nothing prevents them from doing so.
