Pros
It's a job which is better then no job. Some days I almost think no job would be better then coming to this place.
Cons
Miserable place to work. Management is horrible. They bend the rules to benefit management needs. Onion Seperators are the new "bosses". Line leads used to have authority. Now they aren't allowed to ask separators to do their jobs correctly. High turn over of line leads recently. Because they are treated poorly by everyone in the plant. Supervisors and line leads must kiss butt of everyone there or else they are written up or threatened with termination. No leadership from any one in this plant. Some of us stick around because we are close to retirement. But it would be a blessing if this plant closed it's doors and put us out of our misery.
