- The people really make this place - Offices are nice and the agency is integrated. - Good work life balance if you're on the right team - A great place to start your career - Young and vibrant team - Good with mental health - Great place to do an internship in the creative industry
Cons
- Chronically underpaid in comparison to the market - Pay increased and promotions have to go through New York for approval and therefore consist of so much red tape that makes progressing really difficult once you reach a certain point. - In recent years the positive work culture changes have been more 'style over substance' with not a lot actually happening
