longevity of staff. staff is really concerned about the customer experience and this carries over into the daily work flow. Field staff and office operate as one unit. There is much camaraderie between the corporate divisions. The senior staff really cares about everyone on their team and create a family environment

Need more parking in the main parking lot.

Non management employees are amazing human beings. Anyone working in the field, call center, logistics, IT or RR are amazing people and deserve to make a livable wage.

You WILL NOT make a liveable wage working here. You will work the job of 7 people while barely making enough money to keep your lights on and the response from the owner will be "No raises for anyone for no reason whatsoever". You will beg for people to be paid what they deserve only to have your advocates removed from the company. There is no HR. This used to be a great company to work for and now I feel ashamed to say I was associated.
