Pros
Competitive pay/benefits. Per-diem for workers who live over 60 miles away. 401k with 3% matching. Overtime
Cons
Work schedule is not set in stone, so if you’re expecting to have every weekend off, this may not be a career for you. Work away from home. Company will try to place you near your home, but it’s not always possible, as they are a construction company and complete jobs all over the world (not for someone who doesn’t want to be away from home/family) Bonus pay after completion of each project. Has a lot of the same problems as other large scale/global companies. There’s always going to be someone in a position they probably don’t deserve to be in, and they man often feel threatened by people that may be more capable than them. These people in any company tend to travel in packs.
