Pros
- Good start up for new graduates if they wanted to see how system works since they like hiring new graduates. - Challenging process and a lot to learn - Have great team of people to work with. Cause you’ll only get help with your teammates as they are more aware of the process and feel like your extended family.
Cons
- Process keeps on changing EVERY DAY and dreadful. Not even one specific process won’t even change it should be implemented right away. They don’t have correct transitions of process. You’ll always be like a guinea pig for process. - Salary doesn’t justify the work you’re doing. - GROWTH is slow. Don’t expect promotion within a year. They wanted their employees to fight for slots even a lot people deserve it already after years of working and all the task they already gave. - Worst Management (To be honest) - They don’t value people especially the people who have worked long in the company, they ONLY value their “favorites” and use new hires for mind control of how great they are. - New hires gets only their access after months of many follow up on them which should have been available once they got hired which result to them having hard time checking the progress of their work. - They don’t have specific rules for everyone and only have internal guidelines when something came up from them. - They don’t know how to manage their people and don’t even know how the process work. Can’t even help their team when they are in need and will just toss it to other team member to resolved the issue. (really don’t know how to solve the problem and will just take credits for it once done.) - Keep on implementing core values but disregard the concerns and health of their people. They’ll even question your sickness. - They don’t have trust on their employees - They don’t know how the respect of time works. - Management keeps on giving false hope for their employees expecting them to do their job well as if they are not even doing it. - They don’t know how to protect their people even on the work. They will come up and say it’s all our fault when we only follow “THE PROCESS” - They protect their favorites even they did something wrong and offensive. - Rules don’t apply on their favorites even on them. If you are not their favorite you need to keep quiet. - They belittle the work of employees and keep on comparing the work of other people - They don’t manage work drama. They cause more drama. - They give you specific task and deadline that cannot be done and once finish they’ll take credit and no credits for the employees not even a bonus. Even salary increase is below after all the hardwork you’ve done. - GASLIGHTING is their favorite weapon for their employees - No budget for company events. Employees needed to spend their own money. - A company where no emergency kit for employees when disasters came. - Company is great since it has a long standing of years in business but the upper management is a great downfall. - 1/10 for the management - Traumatic and Stressful
