- I feel that the executives care for the lower ranked people, not just the managers and the bosses but also for the people that works under them - my manager personally makes me feel valued. One of the best managers Ive worked with as she listens to any concern I may have and tries to solve and work on it - lot of nice and diverse people I get to work with specially in KL, Dubai, and Tx - work and life balance
