No defined pay structure. Salaries, bonuses and benefits package are team dependant and vary across the firm. It is well known that people of the same PQE level are paid different salaries across the firm and even that higher level pqe solicitors are paid the same as more junior solicitors on another team. Many females paid less than male counterparts
