Too much administrative work, I felt like a secretary a lot of the time. But my boss was nice.

MDP has some of the nicest people to work with, when office politics aren't at play. Staff events are good and the management is really delightful.

Human resources has probably turned a once happy workforce into a frustrated one. When a HR system was introduced, everything started unraveling. Staff need to be able to trust in this process but it appears that it has been used against them on more than one occasion.
