Pros

Just don't do it, save your time and effort for an employer that truthfully cares.

Cons

All management is under qualified for their job and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. They pull you in and expect you to give your life to the company because their "wants" don't meet their "dreams." Charles Randall (the owner) is more worried about his pockets than he is his employees. Employees are extremely underpaid and majority of them are family, or family of someone else inside the plant. Fraternization inside of the plant DOES NOT exist. Materials are never available when they need to be, a unit is always missing a part of wrong part applied, the testing is old and outdated (Gateway Computers with Windows 95) along with the equipment to go along with it, quality means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, quantity is their goal. This company sells units for THOUSANDS of dollars, when other audio companies make them for a couple HUNDRED. The price on the units does NOT meet the quality, nor does it meet expectations for longevity of use. The company is a complete mess and I am surprised that between all the chaos and the drama that sits inside of the plant, that the company has even lasted this long. Take the risk if you please, you will be HIGHLY disappointed. The story telling, and show and tell is great, until you start working there.
