Ok place, poor work/life balance - Social Worker McKay-Dee Hospital Center Employee Review

This is a great hospital for new-graduate RNs to work at.

None that I can think of or that is worth mentioning.

Clinic Managers are not engaged with employees because they're a slave to corporate and ALWAYS in meetings or working on budget driven initiatives. Managers should know every job in the clinic they oversee but was often told they don't know how to do something which makes it difficult if you're short staffed one day. Employees working the front desk or back office should show some semblance of professionalism. Constant gossiping, bullying and favoritism made for an unpleasant environment. This only applies to the clinic I was employed at, I'm not really sure about others.
