      An exciting place to be where professional growth/progression is encouraged. Employees are provided with lots of opportunities and help to advance their careers. An expanding but still niche loss adjusting firm.

      Cons

      Nothing major but during busy times, work/life balance can be tricky but the work is still thoroughly enjoyable.
