Pros
Management generally leave you alone - as long as you're meeting your targets etc. Flexible working available to some - however, should be the norm for all.
Cons
No training...at least very poor (for new starters or ongoing) as a drive to "log time" rather than improve workplace culture. Low salary and you only get a bonus if you're an adjuster...no career progression or opportunities to grow (unless you're a favourite rather than good/experienced at your job). Worst - poor culture, where management only talk to people "they like" and nepotism is rife, making it not a very nice environment. Behind the times and management are just old adjusters who have no idea how to manage/talk to employees.
