Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.

- health insurance is okay - pretty laid back environment

- they make using PTO a nightmare -encouraged to rush off the clock - rounding clocks. You can clock in 7 minutes early and it rounds your time up. But you can not be more than 60 seconds late? I’ve never worked anywhere a clocking system changes your time without your consent. When I clock in or out, I don’t expect my time to be altered behind me. -not a friendly environment
