Most of the people working on the actual front lines are amazing people.

Cons

Demoralizing. Micromanaging. Signals status in meetings through condescension, humiliation and sarcasm. No empathy. This is how I would describe upper management at McLeod.

Serving the transportation industry can be challenging at times, but an industry that will not be vulnerable to being replaced by AI.
