      The people that do the work are great.

      Cons

      The middle and upper management (Department Managers, Project Managers, Accountants, Engineers, HR, and Site Director) aren't on the same page or even reading the same book.

      Compensation through the years. 401K, etc.

      Cons

      Inconsistence. Not clear expectations. Terrible work/life balance. Expectations are unrealistic. They do not value talent and they can drop anyone at the blink of an eye, no matter the value of the work put in.
