Pros
Great asset to the community and there are many talented, diverse and interesting individuals who work there with a goal of making science accessible to all people regardless of background.
Cons
Upper Management is terrible to its employees. They are underpaid, lied to and manipulated. There is talk of team building and working together and transparency but there is generally none. While there are some great individuals there, most of the managers, directors and VPs are out of touch with the realities of their staff and are only interested in their privileged positions and in making a buck. They overwork employees and tell them that if they don't work hard enough, then "they don't have passion for McWane Science Center." When funds are tight, those who make very little have to take pay cuts and benefit cuts.
