Pros
It's a generally calm environment. After the rush in the morning (maybe an hour), its usually incredibly slow and quiet. You can read a book if you want. The people who work there are all awesome good people.
Cons
It being a non-profit, they pay staff as little as they can get away with...unfortunately I think it's beginning to affect them negatively as they had a very high turnover for entry level and non-salaried staff. Almost everyone I worked with a few months ago no longer works there. If the pay was even a few dollars more I would have stayed much longer.
