Pros
Quality of the bank's output is good. The bank consistently brings in new clients and their focus on research helps analysts really understand the industry and the companies. During my time there, the number of live deals exceeded the number of analysts + associates (seemed typical). And the bank has a very high close rate.
Management was transparent with expectations and feedback. If you are a hard worker, you will get the responsibility to do more. As a summer analyst, I worked on one pitch and the rest of my time was devoted on a live deal.
Cons
You will not get exposure to mega deals if you consider that to be a con.
