      The company is growing a lot so there are occasional growing pains. There should also be more cross-training so workloads are shared more easily for some types of projects.

      Some colleagues makes it difficult for you, and are not helpful nor team players. Seems like they want to be the only star 🌟 at work instead of focussing on teamwork or on the teammeamber that is struggling to keep up.
