      Pros

      Close to home, first shift, co-workers, decent pay scale, free chiropractic cares on site

      Cons

      Mgmt is clueless. Backstabbing from co-workers is rampant. Pay is not commensurate with responsibilities. Culture is very stifling. Never allowed to think outside of the box.
