Mears constantly goes on about equality and diversity, how everyone is treated the same which is a load of bull! Employs people on visas and then will not sponsor them so they have to leave. Training given if your face fits and definitely favors men over women for supervisory jobs. Employees expected to change job roles without even consulting them and not giving a damn about their mental health! Pay isn't great!
