Pros
Some exposure to the ecommerce industry, meh...
Cons
Well, how do I even begin, the CEO is literally the biggest loser you guys would ever find. He is not willing to shed a single penny towards the company no matter what. I worked here for quite some time before I realized it was of no use. The CEO, Rahul Agrawal , is excellent at lying,
1>He will always underpay you, exploit you
2>Max working hours, six days a week, 10 hours a day.
3>So much unprofessional ism, people sitting without shirts, using dirty language
4>The company cheats its customers by making false promises and providing a different quality product.
5>Huge Salary cuts, even if you inform the management that you'll be out of station for some important work?( Srsly?)
6>No sense of security, guys remember, you can be thrown out at any time!! even if you do your work properly
7>The company just hires anybody!! No qualification is required, if you are a 10th fail, they would just hire you because they get cheap labor.
8>The CEO specifically mentioned that he doesn't really care about the employees.
9>THE OFFICE IT'S LITERALLY pathetic, unhygienic. Dirty cups lying all around the tables , garbage, spider webs, flush doesn't work in the toilets, mosquitoes biting you all the time.
10>You will find the most UNQUALIFIED people working there, most of them failed a subject or two in the boards, and rest did not give them at all.
SO guys I was lured into this, don't let this happen to you. If you guys don't believe me, just walk into their office at any time, you'll see for yourself
