Cons
They've changed the unlimited 40% discount. It is now capped at $1500/quarter. So you cannot spend over that limit. + Dyson is now 20% not 40% off anymore due to people abusing the employee discount (smh) Can be quite cliquey. A lot of the girls hang out together outside of work. + Having a staff atmosphere where it is mainly young pretty girls who are into makeup. It can definitely get quite catty. Girls will leave anonymous reviews about eachother and be quite vindictive if you get on their bad side. Managers can be quite micro-managing as Mecca has really high standards for customer satisfaction, presentation, store standards etc.
