MECCO has had such a positive impact on my career. It's been very rewarding to work at a company that welcomes new ideas and supports employee growth. The ability to create your own path and have a big impact is huge if you are a high performer. Compared to other companies of its size, I've found that MECCO is very forward thinking with their focus on culture. I’ve received support to go and learn outside of these walls, and I’ve been rewarded for the results I deliver. Perks include holidays and your birthday off, core values recognition awards, donuts meetings for all staff, biweekly lunches, family day at Kennywood Park, and opportunities to volunteer.
Cons
As a growing company, there can be growing pains at times, but I enjoy problem solving and find it very rewarding to contribute towards taking this company to the next level. In my view, the positives of that outweigh any negatives.
