Pros
Regular Salary Payments, Partial Meal Compensation
Cons
I've experienced a dynamic, albeit chaotic, work environment. While the opportunity to work on a variety of projects could be seen as enriching, the lack of a structured system has often led to confusion and inefficiency. Tasks are frequently introduced at a moment's notice, only to be abruptly canceled or pivoted away from, which can be quite demotivating.
The management team often expects work to be done outside of regular working hours, which has significantly impacted work-life balance. Despite the dedication and extra hours put in by the team, there has been no adjustment or indexing of salaries to match the increased cost of living or to acknowledge the extra effort required by these additional demands.
One of the more pressing issues facing the company is the high turnover rate. This turnover can largely be attributed to the points mentioned above, alongside a general sentiment of underappreciation and lack of upward mobility within the organization.
